I can't find my downloads!

I ordered directly through Headphone Dust If you ordered directly from the Headphone Dust store (headphonedust.store), you will receive your downloads directly after checkout. Your downloads will load and you will get a large button that says 'Download' or 'Download your files. This will take you to an order screen where you can download your files. If you closed your browser tab after checkout, you can find the download link again in your email inbox (do check your spam folder in case the confirmation email with your direct download link landed there!). If you can't find an email confirmation with a link, then head to my.headphonedust.store and enter the same email address you used for your order. The store will send you a code that you can use to log in and once you are logged in, navigate to orders -> view order and then you will see a download button where you can access your files. I ordered from Steven Wilson's store If you ordered through Steven Wilson's official store (our partner store operated by Townsend Music and located at store.stevenwilsonhq.com) then the process is different. You will receive an email confirmation and look for these instructions: Thank you for ordering a Headphone Dust hi-res digital album from the Steven Wilson store. Please see below your unique code and the link to redeem your download. ------------------------------- Your Unique Code: (YOUR UNIQUE CODE WILL SHOW HERE) Link: (THE LINK TO THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED WILL SHOW HERE) ------------------------------- Please make sure to take note of your unique code and link to redeem your download. Your code is unique to you and can only be used once and only for the specific product you have purchased. Simply add your chosen Headphone Dust product to the cart at the link above then apply the code under Discount in your cart to receive a 100% discount. With the discount applied, place your order at the checkout and access your files. To clarify, when you purchase from Steven Wilson's store (Townsend Music), you are purchasing a redemption code, not a direct digital download link. You can use the redemption code that you ordered from Townsend Music to take 100% off your order at Headphone Dust in order to access your files. Essentially you have to repeat the checkout process again but use your unique code (which you get in your order confirmation email from the Steven Wilson store) to checkout on Headphone Dust and access your files. Because of the fact your unique code takes 100% off the order total on Headphone Dust, no additional purchase is necessary.

Can I re-download my files more than once?

Once you have purchased something on Headphone Dust, it’s yours to keep. There’s no limits to how many times you can redownload your product once you've purchased it. Simply head to headphonedust.store and click on the little profile icon top right or go to my.headphonedust.store. Then enter your email address you used at checkout, then once you are logged in (it will send a unique code to your email to log in) press that same little profile icon again (it should have changed to resemble a circle with a letter in to indicate you are logged in). Then press the orders button, and then you should come to a screen with a list of your purchased albums. Click ‘view order’ and then you should see a large white ‘download’ button on the right hand side of your screen. If you are on mobile, you might need to scroll down to see it.
