certutil -hashfile [FILENAME].mkv MD5 -
macOS: Open Terminal and type:
md5 [FILENAME].mkv -
The Result: The computer will generate a string of letters and numbers. Compare this to the MD5 string provided on your "My Downloads" page. If they match exactly, your file is 100% healthy.
